I’m from Soweto not Hollywood – Trevor Noah

Trevor Noah fake news

South African comedian Trevor Noah has clapped back at one tweep who recently branded Trevor a “Hollywood elitist” when he called the talk show host out on Twitter for criticising United States politicians.

However, Noah sticked to his roots and reply by saying “are you gonna watch the show so you can answer your own question? And ps I’m from Soweto not Hollywood.”

Trevor has become synonymous with Hollywood celebrities since he became the face of the United States late night talk show ‘The Daily Show’ in 2015.
