Mbuso is a rare musical talent that rose from the rolling hills of Eshowe in Kwa-Zulu Natal who took the world music circuit by storm.

His vocal skills have thrilled audiences far and wide. His repertoire will mostly consist of his album Eshowe and he will give audiences a musical glimpse to his new Album. The show will consist of Jazz music put together for this live performance at the Market Theatre. He will be accompanied by a live band with the special guest artist, Zawadi Yamungu.

He is a winner of Best jazz album in 2013, Mbuso has performed extensively Senegal, Burkina Faso, Portugal, Switzerland, France and Netherlands to mention a few.

His first single Eshowe named after his birthplace, is a mid-tempo, easy listening tune, which speaks of the challenges he has overcome. The album is a delicate mix of deep traditional Zulu music infused with Jazz elements – showcasing the true depth of his artistic and diverse talent.

His music draws from his life experience and traditional Zulu music. Mbuso has been delighting audiences for the past several years and now comes to the Market Theatre for the first time to offer audiences an intimate performance that will leave them gasping for more.
