Mo Flava wins Liberty Radio Award

Metro FM radio personality and Club DJ, Mo Flava, took home the coveted Best Afternoon Drive Show (commercial) award for The Drive on Metro FM, at the prestigious annual Liberty Radio Awards which took place this past Saturday.

This was Mo Flava’s first win at the annual Liberty Radio Awards and is testament to the hard work that Mo Flava has put in over the years to make sure that he is constantly honing his craft to be a better radio presenter every day.

Mo Flava shares this esteemed award with co-host Masechaba Ndlovu and the Metro FM family at large.

“It’s extremely humbling to be acknowledged by the industry for the work I do daily, which doesn’t even feel like work at times. Thank you to my co-host Masechaba Ndlovu for putting up with me and making my job easy. I would also like to thank my on and off air teams that contribute daily to make The Drive show the best afternoon drive show in the country!” expresses Mo Flava.

Having taken the steering wheel of The Drive on Metro FM in 2016, after just a year at the radio station, Mo Flava continues to prove that he is more than up for the task of driving home listeners on the biggest commercial radio station in the country.

Earlier this month, Metro FM made some changes to their line-up; however, Mo Flava remains on The Drive on Metro FM and continues to driving home listeners from 3pm till 6pm each week day.
