Nomzamo Mbatha to Host the Veuve Clicquot Masters Polo

Actress and philanthropist Nomzamo Mbatha has been named host of the 2018 Veuve Cliquot Masters Polo, which takes place at Val de Vie Estate on the 3rd of March.

Nomzamo first made headlines at the 2016 Veuve Clicquot Masters Polo, where she was named the Best Dressed.2017 then saw her taking up the hosting duties for the first time. The 2018 Veuve Clicquot Masters Polo, themed Cape Town Summer, will mark Mbatha’s second year running hosting the prestigious polo match and social event.

Celebrated as a gathering of polo enthusiasts in the beautiful Cape Town winelands, the Veuve Clicquot Masters Polo remains one of the most sought-after tickets of the South African social calendar. Attended by local and international celebrities, VIPs as well as members of the media, the event offers the perfect blend of polo, a scenic day in the Cape Town sun, beautiful people, champagne and a fashion extravaganza on the sidelines. The event aims to continuously exceed guests’ expectations, from the quality and speed of the polo, to the curated festivities throughout the day.

In addition to hosting the 2017 Veuve Clicquot Masters Polo, Mbatha attended the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in New York in 2017 and wowed the crowds there. She also attended the Veuve Clicquot Widow Series in London and hosted the Veuve Clicquot Elle Boss awards in 2017.Furthermore, sheco-hosted the BET Awards’ International stage, alongside former winner of America’s Next Top Model, Eva Marcille in Los Angeles last year.
