LADIES…..please be kind to yourselves and speak to yourselves with LOVE on this journey to getting your dream body. Wether it’s to gain, lose or just tone. Health is health…..patience will assist the journey. It has taken me SEVEN years. My daughter was born TODAY seven years ago! Please, I’m reading some of your comments and I’m worried. My stretch marks were from my breasts to my knees and I couldn’t see my 🍰 coz of my flabby tummy. I’m not even going to go to the fact that I actually weighed 98kgs. Be kind to yourself🙏🏾
