It is not every day we see many South African celebrities build houses for their parents. Some celebs choose city life and forget about where they come from or who raised them, but Thando is not one of them.

“My mother wanted a house with an ensuite toilet I got her TWO!!! And this morning I had a meeting with an architect coz I want a walk in closet #YesBlackGirlYouCan I visualized, I prayed and I worked!!! (sic),” – Thabooty tweeted.

She went on and thank God for making her dreams become a reality. “When God is constantly conspiring to make your dreams a reality!!! (sic).”

Thabooty also remembered back in the day where she had to use public transport for her auditions, but look at her now, she’s living her best life.

“I remember catching taxis going to auditions, watching cars drive by, pointing at them and saying to God “even this car will do Lord” but He had bigger plans!! (sic).”

Thando currently hosts her own talk show on TLC, she has a radio show on 5FM, she’s a Ciroc brand ambassador and she bagged a new TV show on 1Magic called House Keepers.
