Multi-award winning South African artist and entrepreneur, Cassper Nyovest, made a once in a life time intern search call last week inviting young ambitious people to gain experience in the events world.
The #FillUpFNBInternSearch took place this past Saturday at the Newtown Music Factory, which saw over 1000 applicants being interviewed, some coming from as far as KZN.
This once in a life time learning opportunity will provide South African youth an opportunity to gain behind the scenes hands on experience on one of the largest local events productions in the country. The #FillUpFNBInternSearch will take on 100 interns across the below departments. Successful applicants will be notified by Friday, 24 November 2017.
“The response to the #FillUpFNBInternSearch has been overwhelming. We had some applicants come from as early as 6am on Saturday to make sure they did not miss out on this opportunity. We are impressed with the caliber of applicants that came through and even have a few candidates we are looking to take on permanently. We look forward to working with some of the brightest and most determined youth the country has,” shares Nomsa Mlenga, Head of Hospitality, Accreditation & HR for Fill Up FNB Stadium.
When the applicants were asked why they wanted to intern, the majority indicated that they wanted to be a part of history. 100 interns will be informed this Friday, 24 November 2017 that they will join Cassper Nyovest on his historic road to Fill Up FNB Stadium.
