Speaking to TshisaLIVE about the experience she stated that: “I was told four days ago. There was no reason why I was chosen. I am a businesswoman and they saw I am multi-talented. They were surprised I had done my hair. I had put on make-up. They used to say I was so ugly. They said I looked like a man. Now they say I am beautiful.”

Wabantu also told DRUM Magazine that the experience was beautiful. She had to sit down and get her face, her hair done and the wardrobe was just beautiful… everything was beautiful. There was no alcohol and people were just focusing on her. It was a great experience and she’s glad she was invited.
