Olympic medalist Caster Semenya has obtained a Sports Science qualification from North West University.

Semenya recently broke South African 1 000m record at the Athletix Grand Prix Series in Pretoria a few weeks ago.

The 35-year-old and her partner Violet Raseboya took to social media to share the great achievement. Violet couldn’t hide her pride and joy at her partner’s achievement.

“She builds and inspires others because she knows what it’s like to be torn down. Never give up in life no matter what. She is my inspiration,” Violet said in a post.
